Clients credit Isabelle for her pragmatic, straightforward approach to affecting change and bringing transformation to their organizations as well as for her results-oriented coaching. She also deals with human resources matters with a view to motivating, engaging and retaining talented people.

Prior to joining Hexa Europe, Isabelle started her own consulting practice focused on change management, leadership coaching and training, elevating organizational agility by aligning management and developing leadership and management skills.

She also worked as managing director for a commercial real estate company and is conversant with the world of Retail. To cap it all she spent over a decade in Investment Banking advising on Risks before running an HR and Organization Division.

Isabelle holds her M.A. in business and tax law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), and her LLM in international business legal studies from University of Exeter (UK). She is an accredited ICF professional coach.
